The TLE4966V-1G is an In-Plane Sensing Dual Vertical Hall Effect Latch designed for automotive applications, specifically for detecting rotation direction and speed of a pole wheel. It offers in-plane sensing capabilities, allowing for parallel mounting of magnetic encoders and sensors, even at greater distances from the Hall elements. Key features include low current consumption, direction and speed outputs, a wide operating supply voltage range (3.5V to 32V) with reverse polarity protection (-18V) and overvoltage capability up to 42V, as well as integrated overcurrent and overtemperature protection. Its active error compensation technology enhances robustness against mechanical stress and thermal variations, ensuring low drift of magnetic thresholds and low output jitter.
